OverviewSalary Range: 140,000 – 210,000 USD per yearAbout the RoleWe are seeking a National Product Manager to lead product strategy, localization, and execution for a rapidly growing food delivery and on-demand services platform entering the Brazilian market.This role will oversee the full product lifecycle — from market research and product design to launch and iteration — ensuring the platform successfully adapts to the Brazilian market and delivers strong user experience and operational efficiency.The position requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, marketing, and supply teams to develop scalable solutions for one of the most dynamic delivery markets in Latin America.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, demand analysis, product design, and feature iteration.Develop localized product strategies tailored to the Brazilian market and consumer behavior.Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensure efficient product delivery.Monitor and improve customer experience and product performance through data analysis and feedback loops.Drive data-informed decision making to optimize user engagement and operational efficiency.Work with cross-functional teams to support market expansion and growth initiatives.Act as a key product leader within the local market and contribute to overall product strategy.RequirementsBachelors degree or higher.Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product development within internet / tech companies.Proven experience managing large-scale digital products or platform-based services.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into product improvements.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and marketing.Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly scaling environment.Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.Professional working proficiency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.Preferred BackgroundExperience in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplace, or on-demand service platforms.Experience working in international or fast-scaling technology companies.Candidates with experience in Chinese internet companies operating overseas are highly valued.If you are a product leader experienced in scaling digital platforms and launching products in new markets, this role offers a unique opportunity to build and shape the product strategy for a fast-growing international platform in Brazil.
