Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet functional requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to integrate CRM with other systems.
Participate in project planning, estimating and project management activities.
Deliver end‑user training and provide ongoing functional support.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new D365 CRM features and capabilities.
Mentor and guide junior consultants when needed.
Key Requirements Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization. Experience with version 8.0 or later.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience developing custom workflows, entities and plugins using C# or. NET. Strong understanding of D365 CRM’s data model, security model and configuration options.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
