We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic sales initiatives within the security sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the security market.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a VP of Sales.
* Extensive experience in the security industry, including knowledge of security services, and market dynamics.
* Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Location
Candidates should be willing to work onsite and travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
