SAP ABAP Consultant plays a pivotal role in an organization, requiring expertise in CDS Views, AMDP, Master Data, Transactional PO, sales order data, and building extract plans. The position involves creating inbound and outbound interfaces, supporting one-time historical data loads, setting up and maintaining daily data feeds, ensuring accuracy and consistency of SAP master and transactional data, troubleshooting edge cases, and supporting UAT and early-use testing.
* Create inbound and outbound interfaces mapping SAP data to standard interface specifications.
* Support one-time historical data loads (three years of transactional and master data).
* Set up and maintain daily data feeds (materials, locations, inventory balances, open orders, BOM/routings, delivery schedules, etc.).
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of SAP master and transactional data entering the platform.
* Troubleshoot edge cases where SAP structures don't align with requirements.
* Support UAT and early-use testing as live data starts being consumed.
* CDS Views experience is mandatory.
