Senior Scrum Master - Customer Data Ecosystem
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team in leading the customer data ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, drive agile methodologies, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging adoption of Agile best practices.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks and driving change management through coaching and mentoring.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements, promoting a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency, aligning team work with business objectives and delivering value to the organization.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
* Experience with Scrum framework and Agile methodologies, including facilitation of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor teams, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and drive change management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with product owners, manage dependencies between teams, and coordinate cross-team collaboration.
* Ability to track team performance metrics and work to improve productivity and efficiency, aligning team work with business objectives and delivering value to the organization.
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and experience with CI/CD pipelines, code management, and project transparency.
