ServiceNow Implementation Expert
This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile ServiceNow projects as a strategic bridge between management and development teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including end-to-end implementations and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise between stakeholders and nearshore development team
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables
Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level)
Bonus:
