Recognising that the influence can be direct or indirect. Details of how impact is measured (BSC)*** Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme.* Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements.* Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks* Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence.* Project risk should be minimised by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process**Freedom to act: The extent to which the job is empowered to take action / make decisions*** Works under supervision and in line with standard working practices, procedures and specific instructions.* Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorisation levels* All employees have the authority and obligation to stop work where there is a reason to believe that someone’s health, safety, security or the environment may be endangered.Candidates may be invited to complete an online assessment as part of our recruitment process.
