Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Asset Specialist to join our team. As a metadata and taxonomy expert, you will play a key role in enabling AI tagging systems, maintaining asset integrity, and ensuring long-term scalability of the digital asset management system.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies. Experience organizing and managing large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms is essential. You will also be skilled in creating and applying consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of experience in similar line of work.
* 3+ years program or project management experience.
* Experience and understanding of training data creation for AI prompt development.
* 3+ years of experience in managing an extensive digital asset library.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams that have different levels of understanding of the subject matter.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strategic thinking is highly desirable.
* Stakeholder relationship management is a plus.
* Involved in development or implementation of change management is a bonus.
