We are a strategic communications agency focused on generating business value through public relations, content, and brand activation services.
We are looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join our team, contributing to the development and execution of engagement strategies and relationship-building initiatives with our clients' stakeholders in the Web3, tech and other industries.
Key Responsibilities for This Role:
* Support the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies for the agency and it's clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
* Prepare and distribute communications materials, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.
* Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and risks.
* Conduct media outreach and follow-ups.
* Organize events, conferences, and webinars to enhance client visibility.
* Manage communication crises when necessary.
* Monitor media trends and create performance reports.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Public Relations or Communications.
* Previous experience in press relations agencies.
* Established relationships with journalists, particularly in the technology, business, and finance sectors, is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) with exceptional writing and grammar skills.
* Advanced or fluent English is essential, as we work with international clients and use the language daily.
* Proactive and responsible attitude towards challenges, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
* Excellent organizational and self-management skills, as the position is primarily remote, even post-pandemic, with occasional in-person meetings at the agency or with clients.
* Experience in the blockchain industry and a genuine interest in tech industry are highly desirable.

* Employment type: Hybrid (remote with 2x/week in-office in Osasco/SP).
