Agile Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agile project manager to join our team in a Product and Engineering environment. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
Desirable Skills:
* SAFe certification
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
