We specialize in areas such as technology, finance, human resources, automation, and digital transformation.About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle PCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of profitability and cost management solutions within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem. This role requires a strong mix of functional finance knowledge + technical EPM expertise, with ownership over solution architecture and client-facing delivery.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Oracle PCM implementations Define cost allocation models, driver-based costing, and profitability frameworks Work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Oversee data integrations, calculations, and model performance optimization Ensure best practices in metadata design, hierarchies, and dimensional modeling Support and guide teams during month-end and planning cycles Troubleshoot complex issues across data, calculations, and reporting Act as a technical leader and mentor for junior team membersRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, including strong exposure to PCM Strong understanding of: Cost allocation methodologies Profitability analysis frameworks Financial modeling and reporting Hands-on experience with: Oracle PCMCS / EPCM Smart View Data Integration / Data Management Metadata and hierarchy designPreferred Qualifications Experience in consulting or managed services environments Exposure to multi-client / multi-project delivery Oracle EPM certifications (nice to have)Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to communicate with both technical and finance stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWork Expectations Support North American business hours when required Flexibility during planning and financial cycles Ownership of delivery quality and SLAs
