Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned senior project manager to lead our technology projects from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, sponsors, and customers to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Manage project budgets, oversee all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), and implement Agile methodologies.
* Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
