Learning Solutions Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging learning experiences by applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Conduct needs assessments across multiple business lines and establish comprehensive training plans.
Oversee the translation process, measure results, and create compelling content that meets organizational goals.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
Proficiency in using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, Synthesia, TechSmith Camtasia, Audacity, and Vyond.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to systematically design, develop, and implement learning content that meets specific organizational needs.
Skilled in building learning solutions for English-speaking audiences.
Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, or similar tools.
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (upload/manage content, apply technical standards, etc.).
Proven success collaborating virtually and remotely with cross-functional teams.
