Develop and promote strategic partner relationships in line with management approval and the Total Conveyance strategy.
Assist customers in identifying pain points or challenges related to material handling, focusing on chute design and material flow, to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Support sales efforts to achieve budget sales, growth, and margin targets for Chute and Material Flow solutions.
Support sales efforts to increase share of customer and market share for Chute and Material Flow solutions.
Achieve other targets and KPIs as assigned.
Execute the sales process (e.g., funnel management, SF.com, communication, customer planning) as directed by management.
Contribute to the selling process by providing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement.
Support sales through technical expertise and knowledge.
Meet Chute and Material Flow targets within the Total Conveyance model.
Develop and implement plans for Chute and Material Flow solutions aligned with the Total Conveyance strategy.
Assist the sales team with Chute and Material Flow solutions.
Create and deliver training on Chute and Material Flow solutions to develop basic and advanced selling skills within the sales team.
Support colleagues and teams within the Total Conveyance division and ContiTech.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance teamwork.
Act as an informal leader to promote Total Conveyance and strategic objectives.
Explain policies, procedures, and values clearly to direct reports.
Model support for ContiTech policies, procedures, and values.
Execute strategies supporting the Total Conveyance division.
Your profile
Experience in the mining industry.
Proven ability to convert or maintain major customer accounts.
Experience in creating and executing major SMACT product introductions.
Experience in developing, presenting, gaining approval for, and executing major projects or business cases.
International or cross-functional experience is preferred but not required.
