We are seeking a Scrum Master to support our Product and Engineering teams in their continuous improvement of Agile practices. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. They will support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team. The Scrum Master will also partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery, assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
They will work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
The Scrum Master will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. They will be able to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Candidates should also have proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts, experience working with distributed, global teams, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and evolve within Agile frameworks.
