We are looking for a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
* Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that end-users are satisfied with the support provided.
* Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
* O365 – Spanish fluent.
* Good to Have: customer service – flexibility to work in case we need backup in the project.
