Responsible for answer of calls opened by users, prioritizing the most critical activities for the business and performing IT tasks, relevant to Infrastructure and stores.
Support all users and assign calls to partners, if necessary, contributing to the resolution of incidents and problems that may impact users and business.
Support the infrastructure and the system, keeping the store environment running.
- Support the opening of new stores and maintain the operational environment.**YOUR TALENT**:
Knowledge in Windows Server and Windows 10 operating system.
Knowledge in supporting Office package.
Have basic knowledge in network concepts.
Knowledge in formatting, configuration and machine maintenance.
Availability to travel / visit the shops.
