Key Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territories.
* Developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and foster account growth.
* Acquiring new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
* Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients.
* Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Essential Skills
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to create and maintain successful commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B and new business segments.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English as a working language is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
