Training Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Training Operations Coordinator to join our team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our customers by delivering outstanding service.
This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and sites
* Manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation requests where necessary
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring their proper execution
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools
* Provide Learner Support Level 2
Key Skills:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations
* International work environment exposure
* High-level understanding of the training landscape
* Customer service-oriented approach
* Team player
* Clear and concise communication
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks
* Salesforce or other CRM knowledge
* Cornerstone or other LMS knowledge is an added advantage
* Fluent English is mandatory
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
