As a seasoned talent acquisition expert, you will lead the recruitment efforts for our organization in Brazil.
Develop and execute strategic plans to attract top talent and build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing operational metrics and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and improve recruiting processes.
Present insights and updates to internal and client-side leadership, demonstrating a confident and compelling communication style.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
