Responsibilities and duties What will your activities be? Perform daily rounds throughout the store, especially in high-risk areas such as fitting rooms, sales floors, stockrooms, and cash registers. Supervise the stock area during receipt and dispatch of goods, including truck arrivals, receipt, counting, and verification of items and equipment, to help reduce losses and risks. Maintain records of incidents in prevention and loss books, noting date, time, and type of occurrence related to employees and customers, and report to supervision and management. Act discreetly to prevent thefts and robberies inside the store, observing suspicious behavior, communicating via radio, and applying procedures to minimize risks, informing management. Assist in opening and closing the store with managers and supervisors, patrolling the perimeter and monitoring the arrival and departure of cash trucks. Help reduce water and energy consumption through hourly inspections and corrective actions. Monitor security cameras, verify incidents, and ensure recordings and backups are maintained for control and investigations. Manage key control and monitor employee belongings, recording incidents as per procedures. Control and verify customer items in fitting rooms, recording irregularities and managing product exchanges and damages. Assist customers in sales areas, helping locate products, informing about promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve customers with friendliness, clarity, and efficiency, aiming for satisfaction and sales. Follow the scheduled work hours, adhering to labor laws and store policies. Minimum requirements Must-have:
High school diploma. Experience in security, loss prevention, risk management, and customer service in retail. Basic knowledge of Office and security monitoring systems. Additional information What we offer:
