The Account Liaison role requires a skilled professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and preparedness.
Key responsibilities include translating client goals into specific tasks, assigning and tracking those tasks, and delivering on time. The ideal candidate will be able to lead meetings with confidence, take organized notes, and share updates that move projects forward.
A successful Account Liaison will also be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize tasks without dropping the ball. They will thrive in fast-moving environments and navigate challenging situations with professionalism.
This position is responsible for managing client meetings, setting expectations, sharing updates, and presenting final work. The primary objective is to ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in project progress and outcomes.
Main objectives include:
1. Client Collaboration and Project Oversight:
* Work with clients to understand their marketing goals and translate those goals into clear, actionable tasks.
- Utilize meeting notes to create and share action items after every meeting
- Share critical snippets from meetings as they relate to projects
- Package meeting notes, action items, and recording nicely in a meeting template
* Review final deliverables before submission to ensure alignment with client expectations and goals.
- Hold frequent meetings with clients to share deliverables and review progress together
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Relationship Building and Industry Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts, using these connections to strengthen collaboration, improve outcomes, and contribute to long-term success.

Reporting relationship:
* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) include:
* Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): 9/10 or higher average score from client check-ins or post-project feedback.
* Client Retention Rate: 93%+ of clients renew or continue service.
* Project Delivery Accuracy: 95%+ of deliverables are approved by the client without major revisions.
Our standard operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
