As a project leader, you will oversee and manage software development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Qualifications
* 3-6 years of experience in leadership and management roles, preferably in technology or software development.

* Excellent communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent.
* College degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar).
* Experience working in remote teams and across multiple time zones.
