We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead Developer to spearhead our team's technical initiatives.
* As the primary point of contact, you will coordinate resources and manage priorities across teams to drive business growth.
* You will lead service reviews, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely resolution for key business processes.
* Using your analytical skills, you will analyze KPIs and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce configurations using Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards, and Sharing rules. They will also have experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expertise in SFDC Development using Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Default, Sharing rules, Work Flows
* Experience in Sales Cloud, Field Service and CPQ, Ant Migration tool, Standard and custom controllers, Data Loader, Force.com, Eclipse IDE Plug-in, VS Code, Workflow-Approval, Custom objects, Custom tabs, Email service, Html, Web-service (REST and SOAP)
