Growth Marketer – Part‑Time (Remote)
We’re Go! Running Tours, a global running experience company. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who will drive revenue for B2C and B2B clients, explore new markets, and scale results.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing, automation, and newsletter optimization.
Own digital advertising on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; test, learn, scale.
Research new tech, channels, and trends; run pilots and scale successful initiatives.
Create case studies, sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners and partners.
Collaborate with founders and remote team; 2‑3 weekly 25‑hr meetings; Slack for daily communication.
Qualifications
Analytical, structured, data‑driven mindset with creative copywriting ability.
Experience in email marketing, automation, and newsletter performance.
Hands‑on digital advertising experience on Meta and Google; willingness to test new platforms.
Fast mover, super collaborator, execution‑focused; excited about growth impact.
Remote‑work comfortable; 25 hrs/week, USD 1,400/month.
