The Trade Marketing Specialist OOH Channel is responsible for developing and driving channel growth through activities ranging from annual budget planning, including volumes, promotional calendar, and pricing actions, to full performance monitoring. This role analyzes the relationship between execution variables and sell-in/sell-out results, identifying opportunities and defining action plans. The position requires close collaboration with the OOH Sales teams and Category Trade Marketing teams.
PROMOTIONAL CALENDAR
Develop the visibility calendar
Define promotional activities
Define incentive campaigns
BUSINESS MONITORING
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock indicators
Track execution KPIs and correlate them with the above performance indicators
Develop action plans throughout the year to ensure the achievement of channel objectives
S&OP
Together with the Channel Sales Head, propose short-term volume plans (1–4 months) based on deep business performance analysis and execution KPIs
SALES – TRADE MARKETING INTERFACE
Be responsible for holding regular meetings with the sales team, ensuring full understanding of all channel aspects
CATEGORY – CHANNEL INTERFACE
Be responsible for holding regular meetings with category leaders, presenting results and jointly reviewing action plans
Main Requirements – Trade Marketing Specialist (Out of Home Channel)
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing
