Responsibilities:
1. Customer service, order registration in ERP Datasul, and scheduling with PCP.
2. Performing quotations, clarifying doubts, sending samples, and client communications.
3. Updating control spreadsheets, monitoring collections, and communicating complaints to quality.
4. Supporting the sales team and leadership, and participating in events and fairs as needed.
Requirements:
* Ongoing or completed higher education in administration, marketing, or related fields.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Good oral and written communication.
* Attention to detail and proactivity.
* Experience with telesales is a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 17:00; Friday, 07:00 - 16:00.
