* Team Building and Empowerment: Assist our organization in establishing a local sales team, building from scratch to drive business expansion. Rapidly enhance the team's capabilities and ensure the achievement of business goals through systematic one-on-one and group training models.
* System Development and Optimization: Establish and maintain smooth internal and external communication channels. Continuously optimize team operational mechanisms based on different stages of business development to strengthen the team's professional expertise.
* Cultural Integration and Team Building: Demonstrate the ability to manage multicultural teams effectively and build a high-performance team that aligns with the company's core values.
* Goal Setting and Alignment: Combine senior leadership requirements with the team's actual situation, conduct comprehensive assessments and provide feedback, clarify work objectives, and set phased goals according to timelines.
* Process Management and Tracking: Utilize a mature Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) framework to ensure smooth operations at the frontline. Adjust strategies promptly based on business progress to ensure process management meets requirements.
* Outcome Achievement and Review: Ensure work objectives are achieved successfully. Conduct reviews of work processes, explore more efficient methods, summarize experiences, and accumulate valuable insights for future work.
* Time Management and Optimization: Clearly define time management priorities for the role and different levels, and optimize personal time management based on actual circumstances.

* Management Experience: Proven experience in managing sales teams, with outstanding performance in a high-growth company over the past years.
* Team Leadership Methods: Ability to clearly articulate methods for leading teams to success, with proven, replicable experience in overseas markets.
* Experience Sharing: Actively share work experiences and provide actionable improvement suggestions to help the team quickly enhance their capabilities.
* Strategic Thinking: Possess a holistic mindset with the ability to clearly plan business and team development pathways. When facing challenges, accurately identify root causes and coordinate between global headquarters and various teams to resolve issues swiftly.
* Focus on Talent Development: Prioritize talent growth, having previously served as a corporate trainer or established a training system within the team.
* Motivation and Resilience: Demonstrate strong ambition and professionalism, willingness to challenge oneself, and the ability to handle work-related pressure effectively.
