Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and upgradesof CAD, CAE, and other engineering applications. Proven expertise in Autodesk, Bentley, and Bluebeamproduct license administration, including license allocation, installations, troubleshooting, and bug fixes. Hands-on experience in license administrationfor various COTS applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Civil 3D, and related plug-ins. Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving application issues, performance issues, integration problems, license-related issues, and other application-related incidentsLeadership and Mentoring Capacities. Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Experience leading teams of 10+ members. Flexible to support Americas business hours, including P1/P2 incidents. Experience in license usage reporting, ticket analysis, and identifying recurring issues. Proven ability to upskill team members and drive automation initiatives. Strong cross‐functional collaboration with Network, AD, SCCM, Security, and EUC teams. Good to have French speaking skill Ability to work closely with SMEs and key users to understand and address requirements. Good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. Take Ownership of Complex and Escalated ticketsResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role Analyze the work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests. Discuss with onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore. Provide status updates regularly to onsite lead.
