Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome). Compensation set based on agreed hours / work scope of part-time role (flexible). Engagement: Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impact. Reports to: Founder/Marketing/Head of Design.
Overview
We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.
If you live and breathe design in tech / SaaS / AI, track the latest patterns, and want to grow from a part-time contributor into a core, full-time role, read on.
What You'll Do
 * Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.
 * Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.
 * Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).
 * Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.
 * Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).
 * Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iteration.
 * Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.
What Success Looks Like
 * Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.
 * Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.
 * A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.
Who You Are
 * 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).
 * Exceptional taste with refined typography, layout discipline, and restraint where it matters.
 * Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you have references at your fingertips.
 * Bold but coachable; you can defend strong creative while remaining collaborative.
 * Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with; low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.
 * Tools: Figma & WordPress/Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus: light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).
Bonus Points
 * Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).
 * Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).
 * Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).
 * Experience building componentized design systems for marketing.
The Opportunity
 * Start part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.
 * Ship work that's seen by millions, not buried in decks.
 * Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.
What to Include
 * Portfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).
 * For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal, your role, outcome (metrics if possible).
 * Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).
 * Optional: a 30–60s Loom walking through one project.
How to Apply
 * Email: ******
 * Share your LinkedIn and portfolio. If you’re serious, add the optional Loom—personality matters.
