Drive Healthcare Change as a Marketing Strategist
We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to help us connect doctors with underserved communities.
This role combines strategic marketing with purpose-driven work, aiming to attract qualified doctors to regions in need and support them in building their patient base.
You'll design and execute localized marketing strategies to raise awareness and trust among healthcare professionals and patients alike.
A key part of your responsibilities will include:
* Developing targeted marketing campaigns to attract doctors to underserved areas
* Creating engaging content to showcase doctors' profiles and community needs
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Strong English language skills (our main work language)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B and B2C experience
* An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healthcare or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
