 
        
        Job Title: Senior Talent Growth Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned talent advisor to fill this key position in Brazil. This role requires strong stakeholder management, operational acumen, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and external stakeholders in a confident and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, particularly in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
