Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is a brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility that will offer high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents, in a partnership between Universal Health Services and Lehigh Valley Health Network beginning in late fall 2025.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s) in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s mission, objectives, and performance and quality improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required.
* Current PA licensure required.
* 3-5 years of nursing experience required.
* Thorough knowledge of TJC, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements preferred.
