IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and maintain computer systems.
* Job Description:
* Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Maintain and repair computer systems, including laptops, desktops, and printers.
* Install and configure new software and hardware.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating operating systems and antivirus software.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills:
* Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Familiarity with networking fundamentals (L2 level).
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
