Job Opportunity: Commercial Account Manager
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
* Build strong working relationships with key decision-makers at existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Performance Metrics:
* Achieve sales quotas and exceed assigned revenue targets.
* Drive client retention, renewal rates, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively.
