ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the strategy to scale the AI superfans community among the developers Latin American community, setting goals (objectives and key results) and measuring success (e.g., share of voice, earned conversations).Scope and conduct research to understand various developer attitudes toward AI, develop innovative insights to tailor engagement strategies and messages for developers.Manage community engagement and advocacy programs, including exclusive events, content curation, social media amplification, and management of communication platforms.Oversee the priority users program, partner cross-functionally with product and engineering to provide priority access to AI innovations and integrate community feedback.Streamline internal processes (e.g., member vetting, onboarding, cross-product visibility) with Communications, Product, and Developer Relations teams to enhance program efficiency and value.
