About the Key Account Manager Role
Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B professional with a background in the travel industry, to take on key account management responsibilities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee existing clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) within the assigned territory.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Key Qualifications
* Position Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
