We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Latin America market. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets, providing strategic leadership to sales team activities and driving new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead regional sales team to achieve sales goals in the LATAM region.
* Provide vision and direction to sales team activities, focusing on expanding existing accounts and recruiting high-performing sales talent.
* Develop and implement metrics to measure sales performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
* Analyze customer motivations and sales cycles to refine sales strategies and prioritize opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and goals.
* Successfully manage renewal projects with existing clients, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Higher Education sector.
