Case Management Internship Opportunity
In this dynamic internship, you will be an integral part of our Case Management team. Your role will focus on evolving our fraud case intake and resolution platform, ensuring seamless operational workflows across departments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel is also essential.
* Assist with the processing and management of fraud-related cases
* Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow management
* Collaborate with various teams to align platform inputs and enhance operational efficiency
* Participate in testing and feedback for new platform features
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field (penultimate or final year)
* Strong academic performance and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
