Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Salesforce implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
2. Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
3. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
4. Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
6. Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams
* Salesforce configuration and administration
* Basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL) is advantageous
