Business AnalystThis is a critical role within our organization, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. As a Business Analyst – Product Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering value-added features that drive sales, marketing, and billing performance.Main Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend targeted solutions.Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions that meet business objectives.Develop detailed specifications outlining key features, user stories, and functional designs to inform product development.Lead review sessions with Scrum teams to refine feature designs, estimate effort, and ensure alignment with project goals.Support QA and UAT testing activities to validate product functionality and identify areas for improvement.Present product demonstrations to end-users and prepare release notes to facilitate adoption.Contribute to change management initiatives through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities to optimize business outcomes.Necessary Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, preferably within CRM platforms.Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and collaborating with Scrum teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales highly desirable) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
