Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist, LATAM & Canada Region
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Sao Paulo. This role will be responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent for our media and entertainment companies across the LATAM & Canada region, with a primary focus on Mexico.
**Responsibilities**
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, sourcing, and staffing, as well as strong consultative skills to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Building strong partnerships with global Talent and HR teams
- Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to drive talent acquisition and retention
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience in a search firm or corporate recruiting environment or related
- Strong knowledge of the media and entertainment industry would be advantageous
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
