We're seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll ensure seamless campaign execution, alignment with client objectives, and effective performance tracking.

This is a value creation role that goes beyond traditional account management. You'll build strategic relationships with clients, coordinate digital campaigns, provide recommendations, and optimize performance. Your goal is to maximize client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Coordinate digital campaigns across media, creative, performance, branding, and more
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to maximize client value
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing
