This role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to drive predictable delivery and quality for SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.

* Coordinate cross-team dependencies, promote flow efficiency, and limit WIP.
* Cultivate a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and outcome-driven delivery.
The ideal candidate has eCommerce domain expertise. They must effectively coach teams on Scrum best practices. Strong knowledge of technical oversight is also required.
