Rather than being a bottleneck for deployments, you are an Educator and Guardrail-Builder. You empower the \"Golden Three\" by setting up automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing security/compliance standards, and enabling the deep observability (DORA/DX) that defines Mojo Trek's success.Key Responsibilities Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain reproducible environments that adhere to specific platform standards and patterns. Pipeline Orchestration: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, security scanning, and deployment. Observability Enablement: Own the tooling and instrumentation (logging, tracing, metrics) that allows Developers and POs to understand system health in real-time. Governance & Compliance: Ensure the solution meets all security and regulatory requirements from day one. Technical Education: Upskill the Software Engineers and Testers to manage their own containerization and basic deployment scripts, reducing hand-offs.Qualifications Platform Expert: Deep mastery of AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and serverless architectures. Automation-First: Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or similar IaC tools. Security Mindset: Experience with DevSecOps practices, including secret management and vulnerability scanning. Consultative Mentor: The ability to simplify complex infrastructure concepts for the rest of the team and the client stakeholders.RACI Profile: The Platform Enabler Accountable (A): CI/CD Pipeline Stability, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, and Security Compliance. Responsible (R): Observability setup, Cloud resource provisioning, and developer environment automation. Consulted (C): Scale/Performance planning (PE) and disaster recovery strategy.
