Job Description: Head of a Country Agent Sales NetworkWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of a Country Agent Sales Network to establish, manage, and scale our client agent-based sales strategy in Mexico or Brazil. This role involves recruiting, training, and optimizing a network of independent sales agents who will promote and sell our partner solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of B2B sales, digital twin technology, and the real estate or facility management industries.ResponsibilitiesAgent Network Development & ManagementRecruit and onboard high-performing independent sales agents across the country.Develop a structured sales program with clear guidelines, sales materials, and performance incentives.Train and support agents to effectively communicate the client's value proposition, including hosting webinars and coaching sessions.Set and monitor sales targets to meet revenue and engagement goals.Implement sales automation tools to streamline communication, lead tracking, and reporting.Sales & Business GrowthDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the client's expansion in your country.Generate and maintain key industry relationships in commercial real estate, architecture, and facility management.Lead strategic sales initiatives, including partnerships and referral programs.Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.Gather market intelligence to refine product offerings and sales strategies.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with leadership to align sales efforts with business goals.Provide performance reports on the agent network and sales results.Represent the client at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility.Implement best practices in agent sales networks from similar industries.Qualifications & Experience10+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3+ years managing agent or channel sales networks.Strong background in PropTech, digital twins, real estate technology, or facility management solutions.Proven track record of scaling and managing independent sales agents or channel partners.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Experience in sales enablement, including developing playbooks and training materials.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency with CRM, sales automation, and data-driven decision-making tools.What We OfferPerformance-based commission structure with no fixed salary.Opportunity to shape and own the country sales strategy for an innovative digital twin platform.Flexible, remote work environment with growth opportunities.Direct access to the leadership team to influence product and market direction.Be part of a rapidly growing technology company network.If you are a results-driven sales leader passionate about digital twins and real estate technology, we would love to hear from you!
