Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order and Contract Management, as well as business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagramming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
* Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionalities.
* Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
* Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration.
* BUSINESS CASE WRITING, WIREFRAMING, AND FLOW DIAGRAMS.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* BASIC PROGRAMMING/SCRIPTING IS ADVANTAGEOUS.
