Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Create dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio components.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
* Translate technical designs into actionable plans.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and functionality.
* Manage deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions from development to production environments.
* Create detailed documentation for developed solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of Omni Studio solutions.
* Work closely with project managers, other developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Extensive experience working with Salesforce and Omni Studio tools.
* Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
