Document Review Specialist
As a Document Review Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of translated legal documents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify project parameters and requirements.
* Conduct thorough quality checks on translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to resolve errors in translated text and improve processes.
* Implement process improvements using available technology solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Key requirements:
* Experience reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents.
* Proficiency in CAT tools is highly preferred.
* A high degree of proficiency in relevant computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools.
* A focused, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines and manage time effectively.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work well in both independent and collaborative settings.
