Job Overview: Coordinate the efficient operation of pulling items from inventory to fulfill an order, while complying with current policies and procedures, quality management systems (QMS) and safety requirements.
* Pull select items from storage and prepare them for transfer to necessary departments. Ensure that items pulled from bins are accurate and staged correctly.
* Operate a forklift and maintain adherence to safety regulations to ensure forklift safety.
* Use scanners to select the proper items and manage inventory accurately.
* Shrink wrap products to pallets as needed.
* Ability to lift cartons and other materials.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Good judgment and decision-making skills.
* Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with various abstract and concrete variables.
